Bourse joins Relative
Today Bourse is joining Relative. Bourse keeps its name and its team, and it is now a Relative company.
Bourse structures the public record of business: company registries, corporate filings, disclosures, and market data. That record is enormous, and it is public in name more than in practice. It is scattered across jurisdictions, locked in documents written for lawyers, and published in a different format by every registry that holds it. Bourse reads it at the source and turns it into one consistent, queryable record.
Markets reward whoever knows first and knows correctly. Most of what there is to know about a company is technically public and practically out of reach. Closing that gap is exactly the kind of work Relative exists to back.
For Bourse’s customers, nothing changes today. Same product, same people, same agreements, with more resources behind all of it.
Bourse is the third company to join Relative, after Cairn and Docket.
