Growth Marketer
- Location
- San Francisco, CA or Remote (US)
- Type
- Full-time
- Compensation
- $160K–$180K
About the role
Our products are strong; more of the right people should know they exist. You will own how developers and product teams discover us, and turn that interest into real usage. This is hands-on, full-funnel growth at a company that sells technical products to technical buyers.
About NimbleFig
NimbleFig is a data company. We acquire and operate data platforms that turn the world's public information into clean, structured, real-time data for people and machines, across news, places, government, and markets. Most of it is written for human eyes, scattered across millions of sources, and out of date the moment it ships. Our job is to make each part of that record complete, current, and ready to query. We are a small, senior team, and the work is measured by one thing: whether the data is right, current, and easy to use.
What you'll do
- Own demand generation across content, search, and developer channels
- Write clearly about technical products: launches, case studies, and docs-adjacent content
- Run experiments and measure what actually drives signups and usage, not vanity metrics
- Build the funnel from first touch to activated customer, alongside product and sales
- Find the channels where our buyers already are, and show up there well
What we look for
- Experience marketing a technical or developer-facing product
- A clear writer who can explain complex things simply
- Comfortable with data and running your own experiments end to end
- Self-directed; you find the highest-leverage work without being told
Bonus points
- Technical enough to read the docs and talk to developers credibly
- SEO and content-strategy experience
- Grown a product from early traction to real scale
Compensation
Depending on experience, the expected pay range in California is $160K–$180K.
What we offer
- Competitive pay, in the range listed above
- Remote across the US, or in person in San Francisco
- Real ownership: you will ship work that customers depend on
- A small, senior team with high standards and little process
How we hire
We read every application. If there is a fit, expect a short intro call, a practical exercise rooted in the kind of work you would actually do, and a few conversations with the people you would work with. A link to something you have built beats a resume.
